During the manual cleaning process, the liquid flows continuously, and the dirty liquid flows back into the keg. Heavy dirt particles settle on the bottom of the drum. The clean special cleaner is always sucked in from the middle of the barrel. This guarantees a long service life for the special cleaners from IBS. The cleaner can be changed by simply changing the barrel.
